I have been doing woodworking for a number of years, the consummate DIYer my wife calls me.  I was on the Internet the other day looking for some different woodworking plans, when I came across a website that really caught my attention Ted's woodworking.com.  Following are what I think are the pros and cons.

Pros :

·                     16,000 plans, I did not look at everyone to be sure. But one of the most impressive things I found is that there were woodworking plans for beginners and every other ability level from a simple birdhouse to a complicated piece of furniture, and everything in between.  There is something here for every skill level.

·                     Being an engineer in a past life before I retired i tend to have a penchant for detail.  That's another reason I like Ted's woodworking.  I found his woodworking plans to be very detailed with a complete materials and dimensions lists for each project, detailed instruction from the start of your project until completion with an explanation with the woodworking tools required for the project.

·                     Another thing I found very helpful, once you become a member, there is a large library of how-to videos to help assist you when working with these plans.

·                All of these woodworking plans are easily downloadable to your computer and organized by category.  For example, chairs birdhouses sheds and more they're always right there on your computer at the end of your fingertips.  Anytime you want new project, just sign in.

·               One of the best things about teds woodworking plans is the full 60 day money back guarantee.  If you're not completely satisfied, send it back for a full refund.  But i don't think you will.

Cons

·               One of the few drawbacks is just the very size and number of woodworking plans   available to choose from.  You know the old saying, too little time to many plans
